Nature and Entrance Signs on Kilkhampton Common

After successful funding from the Big Lottery Fund we have designed and erected nature information boards and signs on Kilkhampton Common. We hope that these will help visitors find exploring on the common a little easier and help spot out a few features in the landscape that you may have missed on previous visits.

Grant funding from The Big Lottery Fund has allowed the purchase of two signs (one at the entry point at West Street and another on the public right of way) and two interpretation boards. All products were made from recycled plastic.

By making Kilkhampton Common more accessible we hope it will encourage visitors to come and observe the wildlife and enjoy the scenery.

The Big Lottery Fund is responsible for giving out 40% of the money raised for good causes by the National Lottery.
